When you select “Send my enquiry”, the consultation form sends your name, email, phone number, treatment interest and message securely to our email service. An enquiry email goes to the practice and a confirmation copy goes to the address you provide. Please do not include medical histories, payment information or other sensitive details in this initial enquiry.

Why information is used

If you email or call us, the practice uses your contact details and enquiry to respond and discuss your requested care. Handling a requested enquiry may be necessary to take steps before providing a service. The practice can explain the lawful basis for any further processing, including clinical information, before collecting it. Website security and technical operation may rely on legitimate interests. Optional map loading and optional visitor analytics are based on your choice.

Website services and third parties

Our hosting and media delivery services receive technical information, such as an IP address and browser details, needed to deliver and protect the website. Your cookie choice is stored on your device for up to 180 days. Unsubmitted form details disappear when the page is closed or refreshed. Submitted enquiries and confirmation copies are processed by our managed email delivery service and the practice’s and recipient’s email providers. Technical delivery records support security and delivery troubleshooting. Sharing and international processing
