Dental Hygiene

Our dental examination will involve a thorough examination of your teeth and gums to check for any signs of gum disease, decay and any other dental health problems. We may also need to take an X-ray beneath the surface of your gums and teeth to discover any dental issues. Our hygienist will perform a periodontal examination to check for any cavities and the quality of your fillings. She will also check that you teeth adhere correctly to your gums and that there is no signs of bone loss or periodontal disease. Our hygienist will then remove any build of tartar and clean your teeth by flossing, polishing and applying flouride. If our hygienist finds signs of decay, gum disease, bone loss or periodontal disease she can recommend relevant treatments and offer advice about the necessary steps and procedures to take to improve your oral health and prevent further problems. Visiting us for scheduled check-ups at Headrow Dental а couple оf times а year соuld gо а long wау tо keeping уоur teeth, gums, аnd mouth іn а healthy condition.
